Assets Allowlist
An assets allowlist is a critical feature for managing risk in token swaps. By enforcing an assets allowlist, the GLAM Protocol ensures that only explicitly approved tokens can be swapped. This enables vault owners to limit the risk by preventing accidental or malicious transactions involving high-risk or unauthorized tokens, such as speculative or meme tokens.
Markets Allowlist
Market Indexes in the context of the GLAM Protocol allow vault owners to manage exposure to specific trading markets by defining which market indexes are permitted for trading within the vault. By enforcing these restrictions, owners can reduce the risk of delegate traders engaging in high-risk or volatile markets, ensuring the security and stability of vault assets.
Order Types
Specifying allowed order types provide an additional layer of security and risk management for trading activities on Drift. By defining which order types (e.g., market, limit) can be used by delegates within a vault, owners can control trading strategies, reduce exposure to risky behaviors, and align operations with their risk tolerance.
